So happy that you are about to rent one of Bohofluxx’s gowns!!! I hope you enjoy the experience and that you treat the gown with the utmost care, as if it were your own!

Please read carefully through this:

the gowns on this site are for rental and need to be returned in the agreed time.

The person who signs this contract is fully responsible for the gown, that includes returning them on time and damage/dirt/smell free.

The gown is to be used for one photoshoot only.

Three separate payments need to be made: Rent cost, refundable deposit and shippimg cost.

Payments can be made on venmo to @Ola-Elkhazindar last 4 digits of phone number are 4600. (Please do not slide on the purchase button as it incurs an extra charge on me, and I will have to deduct it from your refundable deposit)

Your booking is confirmed only upon signing this agreement, and due amounts paid.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the rental date, the rental cost is nonrefundable, only the deposit will be refunded to you. (for local pick up only)

Please return the gown with its bag.  Return time must be agreed on in advance as I, or someone I appoint, has to physically receive the dress from you (local pick up only).

The gown has to be returned by the agreed time/date otherwise the deposit is nonrefundable.

Upon return, if the gown is damaged in any way or has heavy staining or a strong smell, the deposit is nonrefundable. If the gown is not returned at all or damaged beyond repair, you are liable for the full cost of the gown and the deposit will be nonrefundable.

For shipping the gown is mailed one week in advanvce of the photoshoot date with USPS 2 day priority mail, Bohofluxx is not responsible for any delays from the postal service. Return label will be emailed to you.

After gown is returned and inspected, the refundable deposit is paid back to you within 24 hours.
